Privacy Policy

How we handle your information.

Plain-English, and deliberately minimal: we collect as little as possible, and never sensitive financial documents through this website.

Last updated: July 2026

1. Who we are

Nomeres is a bookkeeping and financial analysis service. For the purposes of EU data protection law (the GDPR), the data controller responsible for personal data collected through this website is:

Luka Bračič, operating as Nomeres
MBE / Luka Bračič, Gosposvetska cesta 7, 1000, Ljubljana
Slovenia (European Union)
info@nomeres.com

Nomeres currently operates as an individual undertaking invoicing through a third-party platform (Xolo). These details will be updated if the business is incorporated as a company.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have. It applies to visitors and to anyone who contacts us or requests an Insight Report. Our services are for businesses; this website is not directed at children.

3. What we collect

We keep this deliberately limited:

  • Information you give us via the contact form: your name, email address, business name and website, industry, the accounting software you use, how you would describe the state of your books, and any message you include. If you arrive from our pricing page, the form also carries the service selection and estimate range you configured, so we have context for the call.
  • Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (such as IP address and device/browser type), used only to keep the site secure and working.
  • Booking details if you schedule a call: your name, email address, and the time you pick, handled by our EU-based scheduling provider (see section 5).
What we do not collect through this website: bank login details, account credentials, tax documents, or financial statements. If you engage us, your financial records are shared securely and offline, under a mutual NDA, and accessed inside your own accounting software, never uploaded through this site.

4. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to prepare and deliver an Insight Report if you request one, and to communicate with you about working together. Our lawful bases under the GDPR are:

  • Taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), e.g. responding to your review request.
  • Our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in responding to messages and running our business.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising or automated decision-making.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent personal data. We use a small number of service providers to run this site and respond to you. Each processes data only as needed for its role:

  • Static Forms (operated by Qualascend, United Arab Emirates) receives what you submit through our forms, stores it on servers in the United States for up to 12 months, and emails it to us.
  • Cal.com, Inc. provides the booking calendar through its EU service, Cal.eu. Booking data is stored within the European Union.
  • Umami Software, Inc. provides our analytics. It uses no cookies and collects no personal data; we see only anonymous, aggregated statistics (see section 9).
  • Google (Google Workspace) hosts our email, so anything sent to info@nomeres.com is stored with Google.
  • ClickUp is where we track enquiries and our follow-up with prospects.
  • PandaDoc is used to send and sign documents such as our mutual NDA, so it holds the name and email of the person signing.
  • Cloudflare hosts this website and processes standard technical logs to serve and protect it.

Invoicing to clients runs through Xolo. Client financial records, once you engage us, are handled under a separate engagement agreement, a mutual NDA, and a data processing agreement, inside your own accounting software, not through this website.

6. International transfers

We operate from Slovenia, in the European Union. Some of the providers above are based in, or store data in, the United States or other countries outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, the transfer rests on appropriate safeguards, in particular the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or, where the provider is certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Booking data stays within the EU.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete it. Form submissions held by our form provider are deleted automatically after 12 months. If you become a client, retention is governed by our engagement agreement and applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see your rights below).

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data; to have it corrected or deleted; to restrict or object to its processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, email info@nomeres.com and we'll respond within the statutory timeframe.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si).

9. Cookies & analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you see no cookie banner. Analytics run on Umami, a privacy-focused tool that uses no cookies, collects no personal data, and cannot follow you across sites. We see only anonymous, aggregated numbers, such as how many people visited a page.

If you book a call, the scheduling calendar (Cal.eu) loads at that point, at your request, and may use cookies strictly necessary to provide the booking. If we ever add anything that requires consent under EU rules, we will update this policy and ask first.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including limiting what we collect and accessing client records read-only and under NDA. Where AI-assisted tools support our work, we use them on settings where your information is not used to train the models. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your data we cannot promise absolute security.

11. Changes & contact

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Questions about privacy or your data? Email info@nomeres.com.
