We provide bookkeeping, financial reporting, and business analysis services. We do not provide tax, audit, legal, or investment advisory services.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Nomeres website. By using the site you accept them. Nomeres is a bookkeeping and financial analysis service operated by Luka Bračič, based in Slovenia (EU). The specific terms of any paid engagement are set out separately in an engagement agreement, which takes precedence over this page for clients.

2. What we provide

Our services are:

• Bookkeeping and account reconciliation
• Financial reporting (such as profit-and-loss and balance-sheet statements)
• KPI and financial analysis reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting support

3. What we are not

Nomeres is not a licensed accounting firm, certified public accountant (CPA), auditor, tax advisor, or investment or financial advisor, and we do not hold ourselves out as any of these. Nothing on this website, and nothing in our reports, constitutes tax, audit, legal, accounting certification, or investment advice.

Our work is designed to keep your books clean and your numbers clear, and to make your own CPA's or advisor's job easier, not to replace them. For tax filing, audit, legal, or investment decisions, please consult an appropriately qualified and licensed professional.

4. No guaranteed outcomes

We help you understand your numbers and make better-informed decisions, but we do not guarantee any particular financial result, increase in profit, growth, or savings. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Any figures, sample reports, or example findings shown on this website are hypothetical, for illustration only, and do not represent real clients or promised results.

5. The Insight Report

The first Insight Report is provided free of charge, once per business, for informational purposes. It is prepared under a mutual NDA and short trial terms, based on view-only access to your accounting software or, if you prefer, the reports you choose to share. It is a report and a set of observations, not tax, audit, or investment advice, and not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional. You are free to use it however you wish, with no obligation.

6. Your responsibilities

The quality of our work depends on the information you provide. You are responsible for giving us accurate and complete records, and for any decisions you make based on our reports. You remain responsible for your own legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website, and the structure, format, and templates of our reports, belong to Nomeres. Your business data is yours: anything you share with us, and the numbers in your books, remain your property. Please do not copy or reuse our site content or report formats for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Privacy & data

How we handle personal data collected through this website is explained in our Privacy Policy. We never collect bank credentials or financial documents through this site.

9. Third-party links

This website may link to third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nomeres is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on information presented on this website. The content here is general in nature and provided without warranty of any kind. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the engagement agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any dispute relating to this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Slovenian courts.
